Returns and Refunds Policy
Effective Date: August 30, 2026
Thank you for shopping at CoffeeTech.Coffee. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our requirements for product returns, refunds, and exchanges.
30-Day Return Window: We accept returns exclusively for items that arrive damaged in delivery or are inherently defective. You must initiate your return request within 30 days of receiving your item. Items that are not defective or were not damaged during transit are not eligible for return.
Prepaid Shipping Labels: If your item qualifies for a return due to delivery damage or a product defect, our support team will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email. You will not have to pay out of pocket to ship the damaged or defective item back to our facility.
Packaging Requirements: To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back in their complete original packaging. You must include all manuals, accessories, and documentation that were originally shipped with the product. Returns missing the original box or any included materials may be rejected or delayed.
Inspection Requirement: All returned products must undergo a thorough inspection upon arrival at our facility. Returns and credits are only accepted and authorized after our team verifies that the item was damaged in delivery or contains a manufacturing defect. Items showing signs of regular wear, misuse, or intentional damage will be rejected.
Refund Processing: Once your return is inspected and approved by our team, we will process your refund. The approved return will credit the original payment method on file. Please note that it may take several business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
How to Initiate a Return: To start the return process and request your prepaid shipping label, please contact our support team at info@coffeetech.coffee. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase along with photographs showing the delivery damage or product defect to help speed up the inspection process.
